Day 1: Kruger National Park, South Africa

You leave Johannesburg at dawn and arrive at the Kruger National Park around midday. Before arriving the Kruger Park you will stop for lunch in one of the historical quaint towns en-route to the Kruger Park. Your first afternoon you will go on a safari game drive inside the Kruger National Park tracking some of South Africa’s greatest wildlife species.

Here you will get your first glimpse of the diverse flora and fauna of this nature reserve in South Africa.  After your morning and afternoon game drives, with rest stops at lookout points, you arrive at your first African safari camp in the afternoon, check-in, relax and unwind and you will be served local cuisine for dinner by candlelight under the stars, and enjoy fine South African wines. What a way to end the day!

Day 2: Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve, South Africa

Your second day of the 4 day Kruger Park and Sabi Sands combination safari is packed with wildlife action and adventure. Boundless open spaces and wilderness areas offer unmatched African wildlife viewings. You have an early morning cup of coffee and light snacks before setting off on a 4x4 safari vehicle to track South Africa’s Big Five animals, the Buffalo, Leopard, Lion, Elephant and Rhino. Then you stop for your breakfast picnic at a scenic picnic spot inside the Kruger National Park.

After breakfast, your safari game drive continues. South Africa is a country filled with marvellous nature and exotic wildlife species, so don’t forget your camera to capture boastful photographs. The safari game drive takes you to the beautiful Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve. You arrive at the African safari lodge in good time for lunch after which you can relax and unwind.

Later in the day you go on a sunset safari game drive. This is a great opportunity to spot some of Africa’s more nocturnal animals in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve. You return to a delightful South African dinner served next to the fire. Share your African wildlife experiences with fellow guests while enjoying the warmth of the night.

Day 3: Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve, South Africa

Safaris are all about waking at dawn, and today is no different. You start your early morning with fresh coffee before departing on another adventurous 4x4 safari game drive. Don’t forget to keep an eye for leopards!  After your morning game drive you return for breakfast. You will depart for Johannesburg after breakfast if you have opted for a 3 day safari experience.

Spend the early afternoon at leisure and enjoy a nap or relax in the shade before heading out on an afternoon game drive. The game drives are ideal for bird viewing and tracking African wildlife through the bush. You will return to camp for a delicious dinner under the African sky.
